benchStrength:

Bench Press (20 min)
5×5 (increasing weight each set)

Workout of the Day:

“Shock Value”

With 10 minutes on the clock: 2000 meter row, then max reps in remaining time of shoulder to overhead (115/75).

Rest  4 minutes, then

AMRAP in 10 minutes:  10 stationary front rack lunges (115/75), 20 lateral hops over the barbell, 30 sit-ups
