Performance: 275/185

-Jumping MUs or MU transitions as a sub for MUs

Cash out:

3 supersets: 10 DB bent over rows, 30 band pull-aparts (rest 1 minute between rounds), then rest 2 minutes before completing 100 AbMat sit-ups
