***The singles conversion will be counting up by 20’s to 200 and back down. You MUST stop in between sets (the rope must stop). (25 minute time cap)

TT Fit WOD:

Tuesday, July 26th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete 9-15-21-15-9 of wall balls, box jumps/step-ups, DB bench press. Between each round, perform 100 jump rope. If you complete the 100 jump rope after the final set of 9 and time remains on the clock, AMRAP in remaining time: 8 calorie bike, 10 hollow rocks, 12 med ball cleans.
