First T-Town Happy Hour

WOD

“Partner Workout”

In teams of two complete the following:

800 meter run (must be ran together)

50 Dips (Partner must hold the plank position in order for reps to count)

50 Wall Ball Shots (Partner holds plate overhead)

50 Handstand Push ups (Partner holds handstand)

50 Toes to Bar (Partner hangs from bar)

50 Burpees Over Partner

50 Kettlebell Swing (55/35) Partner holds hollow body)

300 Double Unders

800 Meter Run (must be ran together)

All reps may be partitioned between the two individuals however the duo deems necessary except for the 800 meter runs which must be ran together.

Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6 in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons’ wife and two children.
