After a lifetime of lifting weights and extensive yoga practice, I began CrossFit in February of 2008. I was preparing for an upcoming Mountain climb. I knew lifting 6 days a week wasn’t going to cut it. You have to be STRONG when you are TIRED, and that’s what I love about CrossFit. I’m a positive “glass is completely full” type of person with a passion for helping people. I believe that the pursuit of excellence will always be rewarded and everyone is capable of accomplishing greatness. In my spare time I spend time with my family. My active lifestyle has me involved in dodgeball, basketball, running, golf, and biking. Check out Coach Chad’s Blog.
