Snatch complex doubles
(snatch pull+snatch+overhead squat)
2 working sets at each weight

Snatch grip push press
4×3

Deficit snatch deadlifts
3×3

Thursday, feb 12th

Clean and jerk
(3 cleans + 1 jerk)2 sets at each load
*Increase weights from last week’s working sets

Press in split (jerk stance)
5×5 working weight
*maintain stability and strict press the bar overhead

Deficit clean pull
3×3
*3 sec pause at knee then finish the pull and control the eccentric (downward) portion

Hanging knee raises
3×15
